We build data centres

H1 Systems’ experts have decades of experience and expertise in designing, optimizing and operating data centers ranging from micro data centers to multi-megawatt facilities. Whether in greenfield or brownfield environments, you can rely on us for any manufacturer’s equipment to ensure that your data center and its environment are built to the highest and most sustainable standards within your budget. Our services are competitive not only in Hungary but also worldwide, every year we receive orders from abroad in a wide variety of regions, we have worked in the middle of nowhere, in big cities, monuments, new buildings, deserts and even in the Arctic Circle.

With rules and protocols, not only the inventory, but even all processes can be supported

The third predominant demand is to develop in-app rules so that the routine tasks of operators are truly routine tasks. Check lists make processes transparent and guarantee that nothing is left out of the processes, which would cause more trouble later e.g. whether the rack cabinet or floor structure can statically withstand weight changes. Based on the current load, planned loads, further installation difficulties can be decided, whether there is physical space, whether there are free ports, whether there are prerequisites for installation in the designated location, cooling, electricity, IT network is available and in what a degree. In server rooms populated under DCIM rules, no big surprises need to be expected, especially where collocations management and change management are common. In general, operators do not like the automatic action of the system, however last but not least, we regularly prepare and set basic interventions based on defined conditions, special resources or energy-efficient basic operation optimization automatic tasks that launch and control low-risk routine processes for operators.

Power supply and Cooling – PUE is the winning solution.

One of the most basic components of data centres and server rooms is energy supply, whose precise and professional design, implementation and operation is dealt with the H1 Systems team every day. Improving the so-called PUE number is often defined as a goal in projects, as this way we can tangibly reduce the additional costs and increase the efficiency of our entire system. The PUE number shows how much shall be spent on the server infrastructure for one unit of energy used to run the servers. The closer we get to 1, the more cost-effective our operation is, however, it is worth turning to us because, on the one hand, the critical supply systems must be tested on the whole, since they must always be synchronized, working together, and on the other hand, striving for the lower possible PUE number should not be at the expense of availability and security aspects, several experts need to examine the server room elements in several ways so that the professionally established balance really means sustainable and efficient operation of the systems while achieving the lowest possible PUE value.
